Proactive maintenance or systematic expansion of the relationship level with national and Europe-wide existing customers (especially SMEs)
Analysis and evaluation of customer needs; alignment in terms of business value, iPoint roadmap and general market development
Conducting consultations and sales meetings with customers
Central contact person for customers as well as coordination and control of activities
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments or product- and project management, in particular with regards to customer needs and response with the aim of customer satisfaction
Presentation as well as representation of the company and its value proposition to customers
You have successfully completed study of business administration, computer science or a related field of study
You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Account Management with products in need of explanation – ideally in an IT-related field
Industry knowledge in Automotive, Electronic and MedTech would be desirable
You have a good understanding of the topics Product Compliance and Product Sustainability
You have very good market knowledge and a strong business sense
You are familiar in close collaboration with product management, pre-sales, sales, business analysts and product owners and your are used to drive the continuous improvement of features and user cases
Furthermore you are good in listening, understand problems, analyzing and structuring
You communicate business fluent in German and English
You are articulate and have strong presentation and negotiation skills
