Your tasks as Assistant Revenue Office:  

  • Provide support to the executive management in daily administrative topics
  • Research sales related topics and prepare/draft presentations and meeting documents
  • Research and data analyses for decision making purpose
  • Support of Commercial Operations with required booking processes
  • Coordination of cross-functional projects (sales finance, operational etc.)
  • Organize events, meetings and videoconference internally as well as externally (i.e. with customers)
  • Correspondence via Telephone, email and daily post, including pre-screening and preparation of templates as well as managing incoming enquiries
  • Coordinate, organize and monitor all appointments and taking care of travel management, including travel expenses reimbursement
  • Dealing with short term enquiries on an ad hoc basis
  • Organize internal meetings, team events, support marketing with the organization of external events ant the required execution
  • Support at external events like fairs and specific customer events

Your profile:

  • Commercial/secretarial education or education in the field of hotelery/business or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative position or assistant to a senior member
  • Good knownledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Mastering correspondence processing
  • High level of written and spoken German and English skills
  • High service level and solution oriented, self motivated and self-organized
  • Distinctive communications skills, quick apprehension and stress resistant
  • Loyal, open, trustworthy and a team player
