Your profile

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
Ability to navigate through an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

Your mission

Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on prospects and leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
