Your profile
- Degree or equivalent in Computing, Business or other relevant area
- Experience as an Implementation Consultant implementing software solutions, ideally in SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of IMDS data and how it is used within the automotive industry for Materials compliance / management
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills, assertiveness, flexibility, reliability and creativity
- Good German and English language skills
Your mission
- Identify and coordinate the actions required to implement the solution for the project defined. Including doing product configuration within the solution where required
- Capture, validate and document user stories / concepts for more complex (non-standard) requirements
- Utilize industry knowledge (especially in IMDS) and product knowledge to aid the project delivery, including doing customer training as needed
- Responsible to validate the implemented solution meets all the project requirements and is ready for customer testing / go live
- Ensure smooth transition to Support and Customer Success team with clear documentation / knowledge transfer as required
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to provide customers with a high-quality experience from pre-sales idea through to solution implementation
