Your profile
- Completed commercial studies or a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in inside sales for software or services in the B2B sector
- Enthusiasm for sales, customer communication, e-commerce, sustainability and personal/professional development
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and high IT affinity
Your mission
- Supporting incoming enquiries from customers and interested parties for our software solutions until the conclusion of the contract.
- Preparation of offers and processing of incoming orders until the provision of the software solution.
- Maintenance of master data and support of existing customers
- Developing leads and expanding the corresponding pipeline in exchange with colleagues from Marketing and Sales
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience and thus maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
