Your tasks as a Inside Sales Manager:

  • Support incoming inquiries from customers and interested parties for our software solutions until the conclusion of the contract.
  • Preparation of quotations and processing of incoming orders until the provision of the software solution
  • Maintenance of master data and support of existing customers 
  • Development of leads and expansion of the corresponding pipeline in exchange with colleagues from Marketing and Sales
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience and thus a high level of customer satisfaction

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial studies or a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have experience in inside sales for software or services in the B2B sector
  • Enthusiasm for sales, customer communication, e-commerce and sustainability and enjoy continuous professional and personal development
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office applications and a high affinity for IT
