To support our team based in Tokyo, Japan  we are currently looking for a fulltime 

Support Specialist (m/f)


Your tasks:

  • Capable contact person for iPoint customers with support topics related to iPoint products in the field of Environmental and Sustainability Management

  • Taking care of support enquiries autonomously

  • Process complex support cases in close collaboration with software development

  • Provide pre-sales support and hold iPoint webinar and training sessions


Your profile:

  • Experience in the following areas: Data base Oracle, Windows/Linux, XML, Javascript, HTML, CSS

  • Technical and commercial affinity

  • Software Development with Java, PL/SQL

  • Familiarity with and understanding of basic software applications

  • Japanese mother tongue with very good knowledge of English or German

  • Faculty to quickly understand issues and offer potential solutions

  • Good communicator

  • Customer- and solution oriented with the ability to explain in succinct terms possible answers
