Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Capable contact person for iPoint customers with support topics related to iPoint products in the field of Environmental and Sustainability Management
Taking care of support enquiries autonomously
Process complex support cases in close collaboration with software development
Provide pre-sales support and hold iPoint webinar and training sessions
Your profile:
Experience in the following areas: Data base Oracle, Windows/Linux, XML, Javascript, HTML, CSS
Technical and commercial affinity
Software Development with Java, PL/SQL
Familiarity with and understanding of basic software applications
Japanese mother tongue with very good knowledge of English or German
Faculty to quickly understand issues and offer potential solutions
Good communicator
Customer- and solution oriented with the ability to explain in succinct terms possible answers
