Your profile

  • Certifications are a plus, but we value more the solid hands-on experience as a scrum master in the IT environment, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Deep working knowledge of the Scrum framework and strong understanding and experience in applying agile practices and principles (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SoS, Scaled Agile).
  • Ability to quickly identify problems, conflicts, bottlenecks, needs and recommended actionable improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and practical set of tools, techniques to enhance meetings quality, reduce complexity, generate fun and enthusiasm.
  • Proactive approach to work and enjoy working in a team and openly exchanging ideas and learning from each other.
  • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken (German is a plus).

Your mission

  • Promotion of Scrum principles and values within the teams.
  • Guide and mentor the Teams on Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
  • Identifying obstacles and bottlenecks in the development process and actively working on solutions.
  • Coach teams on self-organization, collaboration, and effective problem-solving.
  • Promoting the continuous improvement of processes and collaboration.
  • Supporting the teams in achieving their goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting transparency, trust, and accountability.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient development of products.
