Your profile

Certifications are a plus, but we value more the solid hands-on experience as a scrum master in the IT environment, ideally in the SaaS industry.
Deep working knowledge of the Scrum framework and strong understanding and experience in applying agile practices and principles (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SoS, Scaled Agile).
Ability to quickly identify problems, conflicts, bottlenecks, needs and recommended actionable improvements.
Strong communication skills and practical set of tools, techniques to enhance meetings quality, reduce complexity, generate fun and enthusiasm.
Proactive approach to work and enjoy working in a team and openly exchanging ideas and learning from each other.
Professional fluency in English, written and spoken (German is a plus).

Your mission

Promotion of Scrum principles and values within the teams.
Guide and mentor the Teams on Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
Identifying obstacles and bottlenecks in the development process and actively working on solutions.
Coach teams on self-organization, collaboration, and effective problem-solving.
Promoting the continuous improvement of processes and collaboration.
Supporting the teams in achieving their goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting transparency, trust, and accountability.
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient development of products.
