Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

 

Your tasks:

    • Proactive mantenance or systemativ expansion of the relationship level with national and Europe-wide key customers

    • Classification of accounts and creation of a key account plan

    • Recognize and implement upselling and crosseling potentials

    • Analysis and evaluation of customer needs; alignment in terms of business value, iPoint roadmap and general market development

    • Conducting consulting and sales meetings with key customers and/or managing the sales professional on site

    • Central contact person for key customers as well as coordination and control of activities

    • Close collaboration with internal specialist departments or product- and project management, in particular with regards to customer needs and response with the aim of customer satisfaction

    • Presentation as well as representation of the company and its value proposition to key customers

     

    Your profile:

      • You have successfully completed study of business administration, computer science or a related field of study

      • You have many years of professional experience in sales and selling products that require explanation – ideally in an IT-related field

      • You have industry knowledge in the automotive, electronic and medtech sectors  

      • You have a good understanding of the topics Product Compliance and Product Sustainability

      • You have a clear view of the market and the ability to think in an agile manner, and you are characterized by a strong entrepreneurial approach

      • Furthermore, you are good in listening, understand problems, analyzing and structuring

      • You are familiar in close collaboration with product management, pre-sales, sales, business analysts and product owners and you are used to drive the continuous improvement of features and user cases

      • You communicate business fluent in German and English

      • You are articulate and have strong presentation and negotiation skills
