Senior Support Specialist (m/f)

To support our Reutlingen based Team we are currently looking for a fulltime: Senior Support Specialist (m/f)

 

Your tasks:

  • Taking care of support enquiries autonomously

  • Process complex support cases in close collaboration with software development

  • Program adjustments in close collaboration with product and project management

  • Contributing to Quality Management of new software and infrastructure

  • Capable contact person for our clients

  • Perform installations, updates and upgrades for our software products

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in computer science or equivalent

  • Broad knowledge of: application webservers (Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss), operating systems (Windows/Linux, etc., XML, Javascript, HTML, CSS), development of Java, databases (Oracle)

  • Ability to work autonomously, team player mentality

  • Ability to perform under pressure and address enquiries in a timely manner

  • Good verbal and written English skills, German skills are a plus
