Your profile
- Degree in the field of technical documentation or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of technical documentation
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in an agile manner
- Ability to lead and supervise employees
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
Your mission
- Lead and mentor the documentation team, plan team resources and prioritization of documentation projects, resolve problems and bottle-necks
- Conception, creation and implementation of user documentation in close coordination with product managers, product owners and developers
- Continuous improvement and standardization of processes and workflows, quality assurance in technical documentation
- Promoting the discipline of technical writing, position and strengthen the team within the company
- Training employees in writing standards and processes, guiding and supporting them in the creation of user documentation
- Independently research new content and its form of presentation
- Management of the tools and resources used to create documentation
- Long-term planning, evaluation and conception of further documentation-related tasks and their associated tools and processes, such as automation, terminology, translation, etc.
