Webinar “Dodd-Frank Section 1502 Supply-Chain Survey 2015: A discussion with Dr. Chris N. Bayer and Kelly Eisenhardt”

While the 2014 survey estimated the actual cost of Dodd-Frank Section 1502 to SEC issuers, the 2015 survey unravels the nuts and bolts of Conflict Minerals program implementation among companies in the downstream 3TG supply chains. 240 companies participated in the study, revealing to what extent they rely on internal vs. external resources, the application of IT systems, data and knowledge management, performance of audits, as well as company policy.

In this interactive webinar, principal investigator Chris Bayer will present and discuss the most important findings of the 2015 Dodd-Frank Section 1502 Supply-Chain survey. Kelly Eisenhardt, Co-Founder and Managing Director of BlueCircle Advisors™, will then follow with an industry perspective analysis.
