UK Prime Minister May Urges International Leaders and Organisations to Stamp out Modern Slavery

Reaching out to leaders, representatives of international organisations and experts in the margins of the UN General Assembly, UK Prime Minister Theresa May sought to galvanise international action to stamp out modern slavery. This appeal comes approximately one year on from the Modern Slavery Act which has set an international benchmark to which other jurisdictions aspire.
