Your tasks as Assistant to the Director of the Software Development:

  • Organization and preparation of meetings, time management
  • Writing meeting minutes
  • Preparation of employee meetings with HR
  • Supporting of recruiting processes with HR
  • Evaluations and reports from Jira to teams (tickets, outputs, KPIs)
  • Management reports
  • Documentation of organizational topics in Confluence
  • Support of the Architecture Board

Your profile:

  • University degree in computer science, business information systems or  similar background
  • Basic understanding of software development processes, technologies and development tools
  • Knownledge of Jira/Confluence
  • Very good knownledge of MS Word, PowerPoint Excel
  • Structured way of working, godd organizational skills and adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to visualize topics and contexts
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Very good knownledge of German and English, both written and spoken
