Your tasks as Systemadministrator Office 365:

  • Evaluation and analysis of new technologies and tools in the area of CI/CD for continuous improvement of the development processes
  • Administration and further development of our Office 365 environment incl. Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, OneDrivem Exchange Online, Teams and Office 365 Security & Compliance
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of the system landscape consisting of Office 365, Windows Server, Confluence and Jira as well as support of migration projects
  • Automation of business processes with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaboration in second level support
  • Supporting the specialist departments, e.g. through training in the use of Office 365
  • Documentation in the internal knowledge base and continuous knowledge building

Your profile:

  • Completed major in IT or an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Practical work experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
  • Sound knowledge in the administration and provision of solutions based on Office 365/ Office Pro Plus, SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Server
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, authentication procedures, PKI infrastructures, security concepts, Microsoft Information Protection
  • Strong service orientation in combination with a structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
