Since its establishment in 1994, the Biennial International Conference on EcoBalance has been organized by the Institute of Life Cycle Assessment, Japan (ILCAJ). Accordingly, the core subjects of this conference are life cycle thinking and environmental performance assessment. The EcoBalance 2018 will be held from October 9-12, 2018, at the KFC Hall & Rooms, Ryogoku in Tokyo, Japan. This year’s overarching theme is “Nexus of ideas: Innovation by linking through life cycle thinking”.
We’re excited to announce that our colleague Martina Prox (ifu Hamburg, Member of iPoint Group) will give two presentations during the session "Technology as enabler of collective wisdom for LCA". One presentation will focus on "The use of Life Cycle Information in a Digital Circular Economy", the other on "Stakeholder Perspectives on Business Requirements for an Automated Life Cycle Assessment using available internal data".
