After 20 years of iPoint’s owner-driven journey, the Danish private equity investor GRO Capital A/S recently became a shareholder of iPoint to accelerate growth globally. The new Advisory Board, led by Torben Brandt Munch, will solidify iPoint’s ambitions and opportunities to become the leading platform provider for the Circular Economy, which has proven to be an important step towards a sustainable future for all of iPoint’s customers, even in times of COVID-19.

Torben Brandt Munch, Chairman of iPoint’s Advisory Board, has a proven track record for developing and integrating businesses in an international environment. Additionally, Munch brings many years of experience within the field of B2B software distribution to iPoint. He is currently Chairman of Vizrt as well as Adform and Luxion, and he is non-executive board member of Configit. Munch previously served as CEO at MFEX and the Itiviti Group (formerly Orc Group) and as Chairman of Conscia. He was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at SimCorp A/S from 2001 to 2012 and Managing Director of SimCorp GmbH from 1996 to 2000.
