The 'IMDS and Product Compliance Summit', organized by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), was held in Dearborn, Mi at the Ford Conference Center on September 27th, 2011.
The event was attended by ca. 250 delegates from leading suppliers and OEMs such as Fisker, Ford, General Motors, Honda, and Toyota. All attendees participated in the very informative and interesting discussions. The general feedback from the attendees continues to be positive, as the most current hot topics were debated. Highlights included the OEM panel, and the presentation from Michael Wurzman, iPoint Inc., on the topic 'REACH Requirements beyond IMDS' (this presentation is available upon request).
iPoint-systems gmbh was also on the ‘AIAG GHG & Energy Symposium’ Planning Committee, and presented at the September 27th, 2011 ‘AIAG GHG & Energy Symposium’. We are looking forward to continue supporting AIAG events in the future, including the ‘2012 IMDS and Product Compliance Summit’ and future symposiums.
