A recently released report by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) found that 17 sectors of the British economy are high risk for exploitation and abuse of workers. Slavery was found in construction, nail bars, recycling and car washes, other sectors that were highlighted were food packing, agriculture, fishing, shellfish gathering, garment manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, taxi driving, social care, retail, and domestic work.
