eLRT - electronic Labor Right Template
What is eLRT?
eLRT, short for electronic Labor Rights Template, is a free, open-access, Excel-based template designed to support companies in their compliance with global human trafficking and modern-day slavery legislation.
Collect, analyze, communicate, and report
The template facilitates the collection, analysis, communication, and reporting of the relevant anti-slavery measures through the supply and provision chains in accordance with the regulatory and company-specific requirements.
Who is behind eLRT?
To ensure the template’s sensitivity, robusticity, and responsiveness to the present reporting requirements and at-risk labor practices, a multi-stakeholder forum under the lead of Dr. Chris Bayer and iPoint-systems has thoroughly evaluated and tested eLRT. The stakeholder forum includes experts and practitioners drawn from the private sector and civil society. A similarly composed steering committee ensures the quality and further development of the tool, continuously manages eLRT-related matters, and engages with the stakeholder forum.

What is eLRT Lite?
eLRT Lite is still free, open-access and Excel-based. eLRT Lite is the product of years of market research, engineered specifically for data exchange in the global value chain. The template is intended to provide companies with a free method for requesting and sharing data related to Anti-Human Trafficking legislation compliance, including the US Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act.
Why eLRT Lite?
eLRT Lite is a risk-identification tool meant to be used in the initial stages of due diligence and can be used in any industry. Its simplicity and versatility make it ideal for canvassing large portions of the supply/value chain. eLRT Lite has been designed to facilitate greater data exchange along one’s supply/value chain by making the survey easy to read and easy to complete.
What’s the difference between eLRT and eLRT Lite?
While both surveys are free, open-access and Excel-based, the original eLRT provides robust functionality built into the template that is particularly useful when collecting and analyzing at-risk supply/value chain actors. The eLRT Lite is meant to complement the eLRT and provide an easy, concise method for high-volume risk identification.
