Your profile

You are proactive, a great communicator and well-organized and bring the following:

University degree in IT, business or any other relevant area
Extensive experience as an Implementation Consultant implementing software solutions, ideally in SaaS environment (3+ years)
Extensive experience managing projects and taking responsibility from start to finish
Proficient use of German and English

If would be great if you also had:

Experience in the Automotive, Chemical or Electronic industries, especially in manufacturing or Materials management / compliance area
A good understanding of IMDS data and how it is used within the automotive industry for Materials compliance / management.

Your mission

You take the lead and guide the customer through the whole implementation process, including configuring the product within the solution if required
You capture, calidate and document user stories and concepts
You leverage your industry knowledge (esp. about manufacturing and materials management) as well as product knowledge to support an optimal product delivery, training the customer if needed
You take on the responsibility that the solutions are validated and implemented correctly
You work with the Product Management and Sales team to create a seamless customer experience until you hand over the project to the Support and Customer Success team
You document, capture and share knowledge for the customer as well as for your colleagues across the Customer Office
