Your profile

You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a comparable subject.
Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the field of IT and in dealing with IT faults.
You have good IT skills and a strong technical understanding.
You enjoy contributing your own ideas and the knowledge you have acquired so far.
You take responsibility for your tasks and projects, which you implement independently.

Your mission

You manage the IT warehouse at the Hamburg site.
You analyze and fix hardware problems by replacing or in cooperation with our service providers.
You manage the IT inventory.
You set up PCs, other devices and workstations.
You support the first-level Helpdesk.
