Your profile

You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business administration.
You are proficient in using MS Office programs.
You have a strong analytical mindset
You work responsibly and complete your tasks independently.
You have a good command of German and English.

Your mission

People & Culture

You will support our recruiter in day-to-day operations.
You create job references.
You will maintain personnel data and create reports in the HRM system Personio.
You will work on various strategic projects, such as Pulse Check Surveys or Event Planning

If required, you will also support other teams in our department:

You will support and relieve the Chief Financial Officer on operational and strategic issues.
You will create presentations and request information on project statuses.
You collect information, carry out analyses and derive recommendations for action.
